The EP Serenità is guitarist Moreno Donadio’s debut. Together with his sister, singer Dalia Donadio (Dalia Donadio’s Poem Pot, Schwalbe & Elefant), he has recorded four original compositions for this 10-inch vinyl, as well as a song arranged by his father, guitarist Toni Donadio. The lyrics are either his own (Dimmi, Serenità, Playa), by Toni Donadio (St’ Amore) or by Brazilian MC FNX (Jamais).

With this record, after working for over ten years as an event organiser, appearing on stage as a guitarist in various groups at numerous concerts, and being active as a producer in the Brazilian hip-hop genre, he is now releasing his own music for the first time. Serenità is a declaration of love – not only to 1960s bossa nova music, but also to the notion of serenity, of being content with creation and existence.

Moreno Donadio (b. 1989) is a musician who also teaches music to young children. He lives in the canton Aargau and has been performing as a guitarist since his youth. Dalia Donadio (b. 1987) lives and works as a musician, organiser and singing instructor in Zurich.
